Here are some people who were revolted against their situation
Abraham’s revolt: after this, the word of the lord came to Abram in a vision:
“Do not be afraid, Abram I am you shield, your very great reward.”
But Abram said, “O sovereign Lord, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?” Genesis 15:1-2
Moses revolt: I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me. If this is how you are going to treat me, put me to death right now-if I have found in your eyes favor do not let me face my own ruins. Numbers11:14-15
Gideon’s revolt: when the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon he said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.”
“But sir,” Gideon replied, “if the Lord is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our fathers told us about when they said, ‘did not the Lord bring us up out if Egypt?’ But now the Lord has abandoned us and put us into the hand of Midian.” Judges 6:12-13
David’s revolt: David said to the philistine, “you come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the lord almighty, the god of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the lord will hand you over to me, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. Today I will give the carcasses of the philistine army to the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and the whole world will know that there is a God Israel.” 1samuel 17:45-46
Elijah’s revolt: so Ahab sent word throughout all Israel and assembled the prophets on Mount Carmel. Elijah went before the people and said, “how long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him.” But the people said nothing. 1kings 18:20-21
