For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. Romans 8:14
Consider this:
In other words, only those who are led by the Spirit of God are His children. Those who aren’t guided by the Spirit of God aren’t His children.
Although the children of this world insist on saying that we are all God’s children, this verse leaves no room for doubts.
The picture shows how children retain their parent’s characteristics.
Because they are guided by the Spirit of God, God's children have His characteristics. They are: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22
