Rebecca Pluck
I was facing extreme financial difficulties from being unemployed and trying to maintain my needs. One of my major expenses was the payment of my university fees and this was a battle of not having the conditions to afford what was needed. I applied to numerous places but was never successful in getting a job; this brought many moments of despair because the bills were growing and no opening were being given to me. My cousin begun to tell me about the church that she attends and later invited me to join her in a service. Within this period I started to attend regularly and the pastors begun to teach on the campaign of Israel. As strange as it was for me due to my conditions, I was excited to test my faith and experience the power of God. At many times I can clearly recall that I wanted to throw my offerings and I could’ve only offered $20. In which I wanted to do more. As I participated in the campaign of Israel I made a vow with God, requesting a breakthrough in my financial life. In order to maintain my vow I tried on countless times to sell items yet even in this act of desperation I had no success. Even though I wasn’t seeing the possibility of my condition changing I persevere. And in the mist of this, I received a gift from a family member in which I was not expecting and with this I was enabled to do my part in presenting my vow to God. Shortly after the campaign of Israel, my request became materialized; God clearly did his part because I didn’t only receive just a regular job but it was my dream job. My life was turned completely around and financially things got much better. It has been four years since I have been attending the Universal church and within this time I have entered every campaign of Israel since in which God has shown Himself faithful within each one
